Nina Mufleh wanted to work at Airbnb really bad. Of course she is not the only one and she new this very well. After months of bombarding the company with e-mails and calls she decided to take her job hunt to the next level by creating an awesome resume that mirrors the website of Airbnb.

Mufleh submitted her resume only this Tuesday and it’s already going viral over the web. The resume even captured the attention of the CEO of Airbnb Brian Chesky, and she has a formal job interview at the company staged this week.

Asked about her motivates the ambitious girl answered to Business Insider: “I actually thought, I haven’t done everything I can, I’ve done the same thing multiple times, but I haven’t tried new approaches.”

What makes the resume so good is that it does not focus on past experience, Airbnb can find that on her Linkedin profile anyways. Instead it focuses on her knowledge about the travel industry, what she can add to the company and her vision of what Airbnb should do next.

In true web 2.0 style, she also created a website to showcase her resume.
